FIELD Social Businesses supports FIELD’s training programs by providing hands on experience through FIELD business incubators. Utilizing FIELD students and recent FIELD graduates from FIELD’s CTE courses allows students to develop business experience in their chosen pathway.
Student participants will be organized through cohorts for each business pathway while in the initial training phase to gain valuable hands-on experience so that they can become “shared ownership” partners.
