U.S. Will Offer Migrants COVID Vaccines
Migrants taken into custody at the southern border will be offered COVID vaccines, according to the Department of Homeland Security. At first, the department will be able to vaccinate 2,700 migrants per day, increasing to 6,000 by the end of May.The U.S. expects an upcoming surge of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.
